What is your new role at Routen Chaplin?

My role started out doing the administration, now I do a mixture of administration and car renewal invitations.

Before working at Routen Chaplin, what was the most unusual or interesting job you have had?

I worked in corporate travel for several years, which took me to some of the most beautiful hotels in the UK and Europe.

How did you come to take the role at Routen Chaplin?

I had taken a year out of working to concentrate on my family after the pandemic. I missed being in an office environment and saw the administration role advertised, with it being so close to home and the perfect hours that work for me and my family, I decided to apply. Thankfully, I was offered the position and have now been in my role for nearly a year!

How would you describe yourself as an individual?

I am an easy going individual who enjoys being busy. I have always had a strong focus on customer service and love to feel like I am helping people, whether its advice or supporting someone with a claim.

What do you like doing outside of work?

I am very family focused and spend my free time with my husband, 10-year-old daughter and Chihuahua/Jack Russell Mix. At home I like to play computer games with my daughter and cooking. Out of home, I enjoy socialising with friends, going to gigs and shopping.
