What to do if you need to make a claim? 

We aim to deliver the most appropriate claims assistance to ensure the process is concluded swiftly with a satisfactory result for you.
 
In most instances, we advise you to check your policy wording as this will have information about how to make a claim and who you should contact, usually the insurer directly. By notifying your insurer first, this will speed up the process of your claim and ensure that nothing gets lost in translation, making for a smoother claims process and often removes the need to complete a claim form.

Our Role

We know there will be times when you need a bit more support and we are happy to offer guidance before or anytime during the claims process. When making a claim directly with the insurer, we receive a notification and will follow up with your insurer about the claim’s progress.

While we hope you have a simple and hassle-free claims process, should difficulties arise with your claim, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to rectify the issue with your insurer on your behalf.
