Arranging a multi-insurance policy

A Business Insurance client of ours organises cycle holidays worldwide and were struggling to find comprehensive insurance.

Insurance was difficult to place due to the trade – a cycle tour company; the vehicles involved – bicycles as well as minibuses; and the amount of time cycle tours operated outside of the UK – so far this year, the tours have been abroad 924 days.

We arranged a Fleet Insurance policy and incorporated many other insurance types relating to their business. Insuring their small fleet of 10 vehicles, we provided cover for bicycles on an All Risks basis in the EU, a Combined Insurance policy to protect the business as a whole, and protected their liabilities with an insurer that specialises in tour operators.
