Coronavirus update: December 2021

Following the latest Government guidance issued on 9th December 2021, from Monday 13th December 2021, the majority of our staff are now working remotely from home.

However, we are keeping our High Street office open as we understand this is an essential part of our service for many of our clients. We are asking all visitors to wear a mask on entering the building.

So, it’s very much business as usual, with the teams continuing to deliver our usual high standards of personal service via email or phone or face to face.

Our telephone system is working in the same way as if our offices were open, although with calls supported by Wi-Fi, there may occasionally be poor call quality. It may also take a little longer for us to answer, but please rest assured, if you have called and left a message, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment

At the moment, we’d prefer customers to pay electronically rather than by cheque.

Please use the bank details quoted on our correspondence. Please note, we’ve recently changed bank details. 

If, however, you would still prefer to pay by cheque, these can be posted to our office and these will be processed as normal.
