Coronavirus update: February 2021

17th February, 2021

The coronavirus crisis continues, with no change to working practices in the immediate future, this means our High Street office will remain closed for the safety of our customers and staff, and our teams will continue to work remotely from home.

Thanks to our recently updated IT infrastructure, it means all members of staff can log in to the system and remain fully operational while working from home. So, it’s very much business as usual, with the teams continuing to deliver our usual high standards of personal service, via email or phone.

Our telephone system is working in the same way as if our offices were open, although with calls supported by Wifi, there may occasionally be poor call quality. It may also take a little longer for us to answer, but please rest assured, if you have called and left a message, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment

At the moment, we’d prefer customers to pay electronically rather than by cheque.

Please use the bank details quoted on our correspondence.

Please note, we’ve recently changed our bank details. If you’ve recently sent a payment to our old account, don’t worry, as we can still access these payments.

If however, you would still prefer to pay by cheque, these can be posted to our office and staff are regularly on site to collect incoming mail.

Cases of financial difficulty

If you need further support in relation to insurance, including reviewing your cover or are struggling to keep up with payments, please contact us, so we can discuss the options available.

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we will keep you posted as to further updates or any changes to our working practices. In the meantime, we look forward to handling your insurance needs and answering any queries with our usual high level of professionalism and expertise. Best wishes and stay safe.
