Routen Chaplin welcomes two new members to the team

We are delighted to welcome two new members of staff to our team, as part of our ongoing investment in staff, training and development, ensuring we continue to deliver first class service, products and policies to all our customers.
 
Our new members of staff include Account Handler, Stephanie Reeve, who specialises in residential property policies and landlords’ insurance, and Administrator, Holly Walford, who is supporting the Personal Lines Team.
 
Stephanie says she is loving her new role, handling renewals, processing changes and managing customer queries via telephone and email. She is finding every day brings something new, with no two properties or days ever the same, and is keen to learn more. She describes her job as interesting, fast-paced and rewarding, and herself as a friendly, happy person who gets on with people and tries her best to help people. When not at work, Stephanie is busy bringing up three children and running in her spare time.
 
Holly is equally enthusiastic, enjoying the busy atmosphere and talking to clients, either face to face or on the phone. Her duties include handling the post, keeping client records up to date and chasing clients with insurance due for renewal. Having spent most of her career working within customer service, most recently in a doctors’ surgery, she loves working with people and is learning new aspects of the job every day. She regards herself as hard-working and willing to learn, and describes her new role of Administrator as busy, varied and interesting.
 
We wish Stephanie and Holly well as key members of the Routen Chaplin team and are pleased to see both settling in so quickly and already making a difference to the smooth running and efficiency of the office.
