I once did a trial shift as a scrap man, but apart from that have always worked in retail or insurance.

Do you have any particular niche in any insurance specialism?

I have been known to place some tricky property owners’ policies.

How did you come to take the role at Routen Chaplin?

I was introduced to Routen Chaplin by a recruiter. I came to meet the guys, loved the culture and the people, and I genuinely believe in this business.

How would you describe yourself as an individual?

I am fairly laid back, and easy to get on with. I like to think I’m funny and always stand by my values and morals.

Can you sum up your job in three words?

I love it!

What do you like doing outside of work?

I enjoy family time and days out, I go to the gym and also like cooking, reading, gaming and going to the movies.
