Joining our team in May 2019, Lorraine thrives on providing the highest levels of client services. Bringing a wealth of industry knowledge, Lorraine has over 20 years of Commercial Insurance broking experience and has previously held roles at Aon and Willis.

At Routen Chaplin, Lorraine utilises her strong interpersonal skills to obtain and negotiate terms with insurers, as well as completing broking exercises for Executives and Directors.

Lorraine describes herself as confident, client-focussed and a real team player.

Lorraine has a 7 year old son and in her spare time, Lorraine enjoys gardening and DIY. Playing an active role in local committees and charities, Lorraine also helps with fund-raising and organising social events.
